Perl HTML::Mason server & website setup

Hi there, I can get the new server configured and install any missing perl modules/php extensions. I can troubleshoot both perl/php and have released software in both on my github. If some of these super old it might need created inside a container if they won't install on modern OS's. Depends what the issue is, if you have copies of the old server that might help aid any potential troubleshooting. See my review if you want a smooth setup, most tasks are around 1-3 hours.
