Multi Tenant SaaS Employee Management System -- 2

I am looking for a web application developer to make a Multi tenant Employee Management Application for me. Project highlights- 1) Must be Multi Tenant. 2) Tenant admin can create users for the application. 3) Must provide facility to customize form fields per tenant basis (Only tenant admin can customize form fields) 4) Must use data in XML format in mysql database to handle customization. 5) Application should be developed using struts2 framework. 6) The database must be single database single schema. Project features- Tenant Management, Subscription Management, Form Customization Management, User Interface Customization Management, Access Control Management, User Management, Role Management, Department Management, Client Management, Designation Management, Leave Management, Expense Management, Employee Skill Set Management, Time sheet Management. Project Details- There will be a login page for all users. A Signup page for tentants. First Tenant admin will get registered, give a username and password and a code will be generated by the application for that tenant which will be the tenant code. Then login page will ask for Tenant code, username and password. After the tenant gets enter into the application for the first time he should see only subscription management menu. In subscription management the application should show the available modules like user management(add edit delete user), Role management(Add edit delete) etc.. all modules with check box. The tenant admin will select the modules and click on subscribe button and all modules should be subscribed by that particular tenant. You have the liberty to take form fields by your own but should have all the standard form will like in signup for ex. name,website,address,phone number etc. with proper validations. Main aim is to provide customization by storing data of form field in xml form in database for each tenant so that each tenant will have its own look and feel for the application. That's it
