Auto fill pdf file from mysql database - Joomla

I need the ability to have a pdf form/template automatically filled with specific data from a mysql database (i.e. username, title, id, etc...). This is for a Joomla 1.5 component that I have customized. This is for a contract that I require my members to sign before I discuss the project with them and I would like to pre-populate the form with the members info and the specific deals info (all these fields are in a MySQL database). Please understand I need to insert information into a pdf document that already exists on the server in a database. We are not creating a pdf from scratch with database information. There will be less than 10 text fields that will need to have information inserted from a database. Ideally, the information that is inserted will be identified by a php variable that will be part of a get/post command when calling the pdf file. So basically, a member will login --> search and find a project they are interested in --> click the button to sign our contract and return. Once they have clicked on the contract button, the template should be pre-filled with certain data and download to their computer ready to be signed. Note: The factors I take into consideration are: 1 - Price 2 - Speed of Completion UPDATE: Basically I will have a PDF Template saved on the server. This pdf file will be a contract. Once the user has found a property they like, they will click on a "Download Contract" link, and the system should incorporate the property name, id, title, etc. into a predetermined space in the PDF template and send it to the browser for printing. I can already call the variables in the PHP page by using something like "$title".
