Convert Java private key decryption to VB.Net V2.0 vs

I have written a public key encryption and private key decryption algorithm in Java. I now need the private key decryption part to be converted to VB.Net V2.0 in visiual studio 2005 so that the encryption can still be done using the java encryption but the Visual basic project can do the decryption. Attached are the classes for encrypt and decrypt. You only need to convert the decrypt.
