I need someone to quickly fix my android project to get the alarm working.
The attached code starts a service which connects to a server to send it some data.
I need an alarm to be set in the [url removed, login to view] so that it will broadcast a message to the onReceive method in the pinger class. From the attached code you can see what i am trying to achieve but i am egtting an error that it can't register the receiver.
I have also attached the server executable which will open a socket on the localhost for the client to connect.
It should be a simple fix for someone who knows their way around android code.
