Create Illustrations To Use On Our Website

I work for a company where we build and manage apartments. Currently, we are in the midst of redesigning our website. We've recognized that a lot of websites are moving in a new direction where they are using illustrations rather than photos. That is what we want to do. Except, we need someone to design our illustrations. We have a specific STYLE of people that we like. See the attached files. We like that they look more realistic. The colors used are bright. The people have big eyes and show emotion. The PROBLEM that we're running into is, we need specific scenes designed for all different areas of our website using this style. For starters, the home page needs 4 illustrations. Attached is a rough draft of the home page. Scene 1: A family eating dinner, smiling and laughing Scene 2: Someone doing yoga in their apartment while the personal trainer watches with a whistle around their neck. Scene 3: A group of people talking and laughing with each other. There might be a couple of people who are shaking hands as if they are meeting each other for the first time. Scene 4: Here we would like a food shelf. Can and boxes of food on a table with someone standing behind it, while someone shops with a basket. This project will take time. At the moment we have 5 pages of the website drafted with many more to come. When the website is complete, there might be 50-100 illustrations made.
