My company is open to the idea of changing our name. At the moment, our name is Norhart. We are a property management company that builds and manages apartments.

We've thought of some one worded names that might work. Except now, we want some help coming up with 'made up' names or words. For instance our company name Norhart is two words blended together (nor + hart = norhart). Another example is Uber. Although Uber is an actual word with its own definition, it still sounds cool.

Ideally, we want the name to feel:
• simple / intuitive
• bright & uplifting / fun (enjoying life) / refreshing
• friendly / approachable / comfortable / supportive
• purpose-drive / emotion-drive
• transparent

The name should be:
• easy to spell
• positive emotion
• one or two syllables
