I work with translation and retranslation of English and Portuguese here. I am Brazilian, I studied English from childhood and I learned to translate on my own, working as a freelancer since 2015. Currently, I'm working on a big project on another site, so I can work only a few hours a day until next week. I use the programs Sublime Text and memoQ. If you wish, I can send you a sample of the translation of the text that you want to translate without any commitment. My translation is 100% human. I don't use a mechanical translator and then I make changes, so I only work with English and Brazilian Portuguese, languages that I master. I don't know how to do the kind of work you propose, but if you want, I can lower my price so you'll can hire another freelancer for the indesign. So I'll try to make the sentence size look like the original. I have experience with cultural adaptation (not a literal translation, but a text with the same meaning, adapted for an target group, in this case, the Brazilian), which will help me with this.

I can translate the brochure for Portuguese (Brazil), I have the inDesign, so will be easer just translating your English text for Portuguese (Brazil). I do not have much practice on inDesign, but I believe that is just changing the text inside without alternating the prefiguration tipe (like font style).
