We are looking for a webdeveloper in order to build a web portal for email marketing .
A brief description:
The website after the user registration has to provide a dashboard to eachmember, so the website will have a frontoffice and a backoffice. The member will execute certain operations in order to collect some credits; to score credits the users have to click on some links that will be provided to them by using mailchimp or similar services for newsletters. There are three kinds of links that after the click will assign some credits differently (example: link1--> 10 credits, link2-->150 credits, link3 --> 50 credits), when the member will collect a certain amount of credit will receive a payment authorized by the website supervisior.
Here below some requested features:
4 levels of permissions: public, member, supervisor and administrator
at the public level the website will contain pages, articles and contents that will explain how the thing works (home page, register, about, terms & cond, support)
at the member level:
the users can have access to their control panel (a dashboard) which it shows the number of credits and the trends of scores that the user collected by clicking certain links.
On the dashboard will appear also the record of payments that have been received after a certain amount of credits have been collected.
On the dashboard will also appear the list of campagnas available for the members (the list will be created at the supervisor level).
At the supervisor level:
will be possible to manage the users, furthermore there will be a table that will report the ranking of scores for all the members and will be possible to monitor how many access they make to our website.

The supervisor can have access to the user dashboard.
At this level will be possible to pay the users when they achieve a certain amount of scores.
The system has to provide a "link generator" by adding the link and choosing the tipology 1,2 or 3 (the link is provided by our customers).
The supervisor will have the possibility to build a list of campagnas that will be displayed on the dashboard of each member.
through mailchimp will be possible to send newsletters and emails.
the administrator level will be used for mainteinance and it will be possible to read/write to the code of the website for each page.
We would like to synchronize everything with google analitics or in alternative, also Bitly can be used
important remarks:
Make sure that will be not possible to have multiple credits assigned for multiple clicks made by the same perso on the same link.
After the link will be generated, this will be attached to the email that will be sent to the user. The email will contain the ID of the registered members so when the link is clicked, a feedback message to the system has to be sent containing the info: (1) who clicked the link (2) whick link tipology; when the system collects those info the credits will be assigned.
time of realization: 2 months / 8 weeks
Hosting storage + database will be provided.
