Customize a Website

I need someone willing to be payed to customize some specifics of my website. Here is what I need done to my website --> -I need a gallery [login to view URL] gallery page will display images from a SQL database that you will make. -You will notice that I already have an upload page, when I upload images on that page they are inserted into my already made voting_system SQL database. Well on that upload page I want an option that allows me to either upload to the voting_system SQL database or gallery SQL database, that you will make. - On the left side of the Rankings page, there is displayed recent votes. Right now the oldest votes are displayed at the top of the page and the most recent votes are displayed at the bottom of the page. I would like this to be switched. I want the most recent votes to be displayed at the top and the oldest votes to be displayed at the bottom. -Add a space for an ad on the Rankings page, on the right side below the top jpegs section. -On the gallery page that you are going to create, add designated spaces for ads too. -Also on the gallery page, make sure that visitors to the page can click on an image and it will open in a new internet tab. But make sure that when this new internet tab opens the image is displayed on page that keeps the layout of my website, colors, names and the top right tabs to go to different places on the website. -AND I would like the voting system to be more algorithmic, meaning top rated photos are not paired with bottom rated photos. -Another thing, is that when the visitor clicks and image and the image is brought up on a new internet tab of the website I would like on the left side for each visitor to be able to anonymously comment on the photo. And that every comment of the photo can, even old old comments, can be read by scrolling up with a vertical scroll bar. Even though the commenter appears anonymous to other visitors I would like some way of knowing the IP of the commenter. -Lastly, on the front page of my website, the voting tab, I would like it to be that the two images displayed at a time are in their own quadrant, that way they can be centered regardless if the picture is portrait or landscape. Pretty much the padding and margin around and in between the two photos needs to be the same for every two photos displayed.
