FileMaker - adding custom Widgets and Views

We need several custom widgets created for our FileMaker Server. I will divide the widgets, and views into simple tasks and milestones. I will also write it as User-Stories so it´s easier for us to communicate them. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 - Circular Dashboard statistics image ( V001 ) 1.1 - As a user, I need to see the total headcount of our employees. I want it to be sorted on Positions I want it to be sorted based on Employments. 1.2 - As a user, I need an overview of the total number of seats available. I need to know the total available workstations, from a DB flag. I need to know the available remote seats vs on-site seats. All the information is gathered in a separate table called qore_hr_overview This table is linked with other tables that contain the information needed to view. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 - GRID employee view ( V002 ) 2.1 - As a user, I want to access an employee view. I want a photo of the person. I want to quickly see if anyone is available. 2.2 - As a user, I want to access a project view. I want a photo/logo of the project. I want to quickly of it´s on-going or soon to start, or archived. If possible, we would like to re-use the GRID view in other places in the FileMaker application. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 - Simple Project assign sheet ( V003 ) 3.1 - As a user, I want an overview of what everyone is working on. Our MVP goal is to replace a Google Sheets document. , look at the image. 3.2 - As an admin, I want to select one or multiple dates on a person, and assign them to a project. In the Google Sheet document, we only add colors to the spreadsheet. 3.3 - As an admin, I want to hide projects that is finished. 3.4 - As an admin, I want to get a % calculation per employee per month on what they have worked on. This is a new view, or a report if you may call it that. We have the tables for projects, and employees. We will provide a table and basic layout for where you shall add and create the view.
