Hi, I'm Lu, a Chinese lady whose major was teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Beijing foreign studies university and I'm based in Seattle. I have Putonghua & TEM 8 certificates and have many years experience in fortune 500 companies as HR. I also have been working on the phone to conciliate neighborhood conflicts which requires me to listen patiently with empathy and build rapport with different people. Hi there, How are you? I'm a Mandarin native speaker with bachelor degree in English Literature, and have been a professional translator for five years.
