Food Ordering Platform with Customer Loyalty Program (.Net Core & Angular JS)

1) The web app will be developed based on .Net Core 3.1 with a front-end in HTML, CSS & Angular. 2) The web app will be using My SQL Database with Entity framework. 3) Complete web application similar to Tastyigniter. 4) Web application will have Multi-Language Support (Initially English and Arabic). 5) Web application will have Multi-Currency Support (3 decimal for Kuwaiti Dinar). 6) Web application will be mobile-friendly. 7) Web application will be Multi-Theme support. 8) Social Media Login must be implemented. (Screenshots attached) 9) Customers can have Multiple addresses like Home, Office, etc... 10) Guest users should be allowed to make the order without registering 11) Web Applications must support Multi-Cuisine and Multi-Branch. 12) From the Admin Module must allow making a Branch Busy to indicate that this branch is busy 13) Home screen must accept the customer location and automatically select the Branch which is mapped to that area. 14) Web Application must have an Optional Functionality Validate Order with POS API before Proceed to Checkout. (To be discussed) 15) Customer Loyalty Program will be a part of the web application and it should work as a plugin module. Should be able to enable and disable based on the POS package we offer. Minimum Features for Customer Loyalty Program. • Must have Points against each purchase for the Eligible Menu items. • Must have free item based on the purchase count settings (e.g.- if 10 items are purchased, one item will be free) • Points must be redeemable against the purchase. • Gift Card can be purchased and redeemed through the application and Web API • All the customers should have a dynamic QR code in the customer profile. • The Customer QR Code can be used to scan from the POS to call Loyalty APIs. • Once QR Code Scanned the API should return Customer Details, Available Points, Available Free Items and Wallet Balance. • The API should be available for POS to Redeem, Top-up & Wallet Payment from POS. • All the customers should have a Wallet. • This Wallet must be able to Top-up using PayPal and other local payment gateways. • Other Payment gateways can be added as plugins • Order Cancel Amount can be added to the Wallet. • All types of reports related to the Customer. 16) Web API should have an Order Source Identifier (e.g. Mobile App, Website, Call Center, Zomato, etc...) 17) Web API should be a plugin with Swagger enabled with proper documentation. 18) All the source code should have commented on the logic and functionality. 19) Web Application should have a user manual 20) Web Application must be SEO enabled.
