Excel Database/PowerBi Dashboard Automation for Customer KPIs I am looking for a freelancer to create an automated dashboard that will help me track my subscription base behavior. The primary purpose of the dashboard is to provide me with an overview of my sales performance and help me make better decisions. That includes mainly a handful KPIs and their breakdown. LTV, Churn (per cohort) with the specific breakdown by the plans, sales rep, network etc. Layout: I don't have a preferred layout for the dashboard, so I'm open to suggestions. Data Sources: The data for the dashboard will be sourced from Excel files. The available database has 100.000 lines and 40 columns. most of the calculations can be done by slicing the data from this database. I want to be able to add more lines and have updated visibility. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Knowledge of Excel and PowerBi - Experience in data visualization and dashboard automation - Ability to work with Excel files - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs. If you have the necessary skills and experience, I would love to hear from you. Please include examples of similar projects you have worked on in the past. If I like what you do here I'll expand the project to marketing KPIs with data base from google analytics. Also contact center KPIs (First call resolution, conversion per call etc) but this is phase 2.
