We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking Implementation + Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As the Implementation / Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the successful onboarding and implementation of our products for our European clients as well as providing customer support post-implementation. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide excellent support throughout the implementation process and beyond. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer support and implementation, healthcare IT / Radiology (preferred), as well as fluency in Italian (preferred).
