Digital Health Record

I am looking to create a Digital Health Record (DHR) system with a web-based platform. The DHR system will include appointment scheduling, patient registration, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR), results, investigations and be completed at the end of this year with a working prototype finalized in 3 months. The system should be easy to use and manage, offering a natural user experience for both patients and healthcare professionals. It should be highly robust and reliable, using state-of-the-art security protocols to ensure patient information is both safe and secure. The user interface should be modern and attractive, designed to showcase the data and make it visually intuitive. The system must also be highly functional, allowing users to input and store patient-related information with ease. Accessibility to data must be fast and simple, ensuring physicians have instant access to critical information as needed. Furthermore, Healthcare facilities should also be able to keep track of patient records in an efficient and organized manner to maintain accurate patient care. The goal is to improve efficiency compared to other similar products currently in the market with use of machine learning and AI technology to help write reports, summaries and request further investigations. The target audience is predominantly resource poor settings, so the system must be developed to work on older hardware and intelligently scale to low-performance clients. The software must also be able to be quickly deployed to both local server infrastructures as well as cloud-based services (AWS, Azure) where appropriate (different jurisdictions have different rules how how patient data can be handled). The development team must have previous experience with designing systems like this one, with a proven track record of success. The team should be capable of working within the set timeline, and have the necessary tools to guarantee the highest level of quality for this project.
