Gravity Forms and Gravity View

We currently use Filemaker for our database, but would like to move our document management to wordpress... I have 4 items that I'd like to customize. We are using Gravity Forms, Gravity View, wpDataTables, Gravity Flow and other plugins. 1. When a form is created, we would like a related form to be created at the same time... and IF the one of the forms is deleted the related form will be deleted as well. 2. The "related" form (from another table) will need to link to the original form for updates and edits. The "related" form will be used for searches, as to allow the user to not have to go to each individual table when searching for a client name, if that name is on several forms, on several tables. 3. We a form that captures two times that are converted to hours (10:00 am - 12:00 pm = 2 hours). We need a form created on another table joined by 4 different fields, when this form is submitted. HOWEVER if another form is created with the same 4 criteria, it WILL NOT create another related record, but instead, it will just adjust the SUM of the hours field from the related forms. 4. We create a multi-step form that needs to be viewed and printed in a hierarchy structure. (See Attachment). We prefer that form numbers itself automatically, and it step can have multiple items.
