Install DMASOFTLAB Radius Manager and configure mikrotik router for vouchers

Have had to implement such a setup a few times before to different local ISPs. Requerement : 1. DMA Softlab radus manager license. 2. Centos 7 Server with SSH enabled to access remotely. 3. Remote access to mikrotik.
