Help solve visual studio solution load issue

I have a .sln that doesn't load correctly. I get the error: [Failure] Could not find file 'C:\Users\[login to view URL]\AppData\Local\Temp\.NETFramework,Version=[login to view URL]'. when I open the solution. Additionally, the solution does not remember which tabs I had open from the previous session. What I have tried: Run as administrator Delete the Temp folder contents delete all .suo files Create a new solution, and added all existing projects to it Nothing has resolved the issue. I am looking for help troubleshooting, preferably from someone who has experienced a similar issue or can find a stackoverflow thread of a similar issue.

Hi there, just send me the project and i'll make it load correctly . there is an issue with the PATH of framework asesemlee loading. it might not load from temp because it's not in temp folder.
