We currently has a manual solution to create signage for use on 40?? LCD displays.
Challenges:
The current process is time consuming and it is difficult to create and release artwork in a timely manner.
Objective:

•? Provide information and updates to customers and employees ( about us, news, and events)
•? Create new advertising opportunities for Vendors and partners (sell advertising space)
Needs/Requirements
•? Ability to quickly change promotions and update content.
•? Ability to show products in sales promotion materials ( Flyers and email)
•? Easy to use, interface (preferably drag and drop)
•? Full preview capability: ability to see the sign before deployment
•? 10-20 Custom layout templates ( with banner space placements for advertising)
•? Ability to scroll text, incorporate video clips, show product descriptions, images and pricing ( Auto quotes or pro-series)
•? Data integration - Accepts excel spreadsheet data ??" for real-time content updates ( sales, specials, news, etc)

•? Ability to manage presentations for multiple locations ( 3 locations/ with 2-3 LCD screens at each location)?
? We have a server which is connected to all the 3 locations, the software should work on our wondows server.
