Cross Platform App (PC, Android, iPhone, Windows Phone) needed

I am looking for someone to create a program for me that will need to be created for the PC using Windows Visual Basic 2010 as well as an app for the Android, iPhone, and Windows phones. The PC program will act as a server for the cell phone apps. Using the apps, you will be able to listen to your music on a computer, over the airwaves. If you are interested, please apply.
