I have a background in Computer Science, as I expect to obtain a degree next year (equivalent to a Master's degree in the US). Also, I'm a professional Software Testing Engineer with a 3 year experience, currently working as a contractor for a 600+ employees software company in the US, and also doing freelance QA work. During my on-site job, I review reports from all kinds of users and discuss a better application design with the product designers and managers. I deal with several issue types (UI, functional, i18n, backend, etc.) on a daily basis and manage testing environments with different setups and databases.
