Web design for mobile app with Google Material Design based on Mockup

We plan to develop a mobile web application respecting precisely Google Material Design guidelines. We have mockups designed with Google Drawing of all the screens and we look for a web designer to transform our images into real html pages. We use standard icons but we need some others to express better our concept, so you may have also to design them. We need someone : - who knows Material Design and will follows exactly the guidelines - who dev clean html for fast loading The app will manage "items", where "items" can easily compare with "emails" or "meetings". An "item" can be created and viewed/updated in the app (20 fields). Most of the management of "items" are made via lists. Screens: - home with 3 tabs - new item with several dialog boxes - view/update item Important: the app should support multi languages: so all the wording should be tagged for templating
