I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a feedback service website. The main purpose of this website is to provide a platform for real-time complaints and feedback from users in different public service points like restaurants, beauty salons, etc. Target Audience: - I have a specific target audience in mind for this feedback service. Frequency of Feedback: - I would like to receive feedback from my target audience on an ongoing basis. Skills and Experience: - Experience in web development and design - Knowledge of user testing and customer survey techniques - Proficiency in data analysis and review analysis - Familiarity with real-time complaint management systems - Strong communication and problem-solving skills Please provide examples of similar projects you have worked on in the past. As an example of the service you can refer to: [login to view URL] Unlike "QReact",our platform is a real-time complain feedback getting service, rather than surveys collection. Your responsibilities: 1. Provide your plan and approach 2. Design the software architecture, UI/UX 3. Develop the application 4. Test from your side and then acceptance test based on provided initial form 5. Hostfing the web-site in AWS 6. Support and resolve Pentest results 7. Futher maintenance, change requests Full technical requirements will be shared with winner. The source code of the application should be written according to best practises (with relevant comments) and should be shared during the project. The payment for the application will be paid in phased appraoch and the payment for the first two phases will be kept till end of the project. It is necessary in order to start and finalise the project with the same winner. The budget of the project is: 1. Initial development - 2000$ 2. Further maintenance - based on your per hour rate. Will be selected best one.
