This is a remote (work-from-home) position. Funnel builders need to understand marketing and conversion rate optimization in order to build effective sales funnels. They need to be creative to think of the best way to take a visitor to a customer in the funnels they build. They will help design, develop, and strategize for our client's sales funnels. Applicants need to be proficient in web development in tools like ClickFunnels. You're going to be working alongside someone with over 5 years of experience in the craft and will be able to learn a lot! Salary & growth opportunities: ● Funnel Builders starts at $6,000 a year for a part-time role ○ You’ll work under the founder as you learn the trade ○ You’ll be assigned clients slowly as we begin to build your confidence ○ You’ll be graded on your funnel performance ○ Once you are managing part-time well we will bump you up to full time Growth opportunities ○ Strong opportunity for growth for Funnel Builders who create great performing funnels ○ We actively promote from within. Successful Funnel Builders are first in line for promotion into our core strategy team. The ideal candidate: ● Clickfunnels: Experience with Clickfunnels is required. If you've used similar tools such as Lead Pages or High Level that is accepted as well. ● Conversion Rate Optimization: We judge performance on how well our funnels convert. You need a strong understanding of what leads to a high-converting sales funnel and need to know how to diagnose one that isn't converting well. ● Marketing Strategy: Your job is to learn about the client’s business and understand what they sell, who they sell to, and why those people would or wouldn't buy then, build a sales funnel that takes funnel visitors on the "buying journey" towards the purchase. ● Problem-solving: Marketing can be hard. You need to have the ability to diagnose problems and come up with solutions. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way. Non-Negotiables: ● Remote work from home with a strong internet connection ● Punctual: Being late on projects or to meetings is never accepted.
