Online Restaurant Ordering Site

Looking for a simple restaurant ordering website. For more details see the following websites 1) [login to view URL] 2) [login to view URL] 3) [login to view URL] These are custom templates and these vendors are not willing to modify certain parameters. We need a fraction of the functions of those sites. However we need the following modifications:- 1) Delivery time.... These sites have the date feature and 15 minute windows for delivery. We need the date but time options have to be in a 30 minute or 1 hour window....i.e if its 30 minutes then 12.30pm, 1.00pm, 1.30pm (in a drop box) 2) Delivery Address. We will only be delivering to certain hotels. The delivery address field needs to be a drop box of addresses (which we will specify from the admin section). Customer CANNOT add an address. Customer can only specify Room No and Bldg. No. 3) Deliver Fee..... we can specify a delivery fee. Also specify an Order Processing Fee which we can waive with a code. 4) Ability to set a mandatory tip for driver 5) Multiple Restaurants. We can specify more than 1 restaurant. No cross ordering is allowed. 6) Ability to integrate to paypal, paysimle or any gateway of our choosing. The vendor must be able to complete this project within a one week window from the date of being chosen.
