Javascript 3D Character workshop

I require a rich\ interactive (Primarily) JavaScript application to be developed that will allow my users to build their own avatar. The concept is that they can chose one of 3 body models then apply some basic bone manipulation to this character to make it unique to their requirements, they will also be able to choose different shirt, pants\shorts, skin colour and hair colour. We will then save these settings back to the server(We will handle that part) so that this character set can be recalled later. What I need you to do is to develop the single page screen to be titled 'Character workshop' I want the look and feel of this page to be somewhat like a modern game, the sliders for arm length, leg length etc should all look a little bit 'fun' and the entire thing should be entertaining to use. In this example we have our 3d character loaded and we can interact with it. We can manipulate any of the bones present in the model and the character reacts immediately. In the final version of this application I only require basic bone manipulation not every single bone, that will include Arm length, Leg length, spine length, Head size and possibly body build(weight) if our 3d model supports that. I'd prefer to use ThreeJS for the 3d rendering engine but I'm open to something similar that will run on a majority of web browsers including desktop and mobile. You will be responsible for generating the entire look and feel of this workshop from the fonts and colour selection through to crafting the UI and finally hooking it all together to make it work. You are not required to do any server side processing or saving of the details etc, I will manage this. I will supply the 3D models and the textures for replacing their outfits. The successful freelancer will have perfect English communication skills both written and spoken.
