Fix WooCommerce Error

It sounds like a 403 forbidden error is there any other information I can learn about this issue. I can start working on it right away and hopefully get it finished tonight. I know I have no reviews but I am looking to do a few jobs to gain some reviews I have over 6 years of web development under my belt.
