My company manages a mid-sized catalog website for a large regional multifamily rental property owner. The site is running in an enterprise JAVA based CMS. This is NOT WORDPRESS. There are approximately 12 major JSP page templates. Content is stored in MySQL. Apache and Tomcat complete the application stack. We need an experienced interface engineer/designer to: 1. convert the existing templates to mobile responsive templates with good SEO, lightweight JS and code 2. modify some pages to use more modern interface elements (e.g. lightbox) and rearrange elements in some pages 3. tweak the CSS to improve some design elements. Please do not apply if you have not previously worked on java-based CMS page templates. This is NOT WORDPRESS. For qualified bidders, we can provide a link to the site and wireframes of pages that need modification in order to refine requirements.
