Overview - I need a website that will allow Local Councils in England to post a list of "jobs". Professionals will then be able to log on to the website to pick jobs from the list to carry out. The website would have to be secured with a log in and password. So every Council when they sign up will be able to create an account. The jobs will be set in four columns something along the lines of - Council name...application. number... Description of development... Completion date... link to site clicking on the link will take you to a specific page on the Council website. Word documents will be needed to be uploaded to the site. Once uploaded they can be read and checked for errors by a manager. Once checked a tag needs to be able to be clicked to show that the work is acceptable on the Councils account. Clicking this tag should then enable the work to be added to the Council's invoice automatically.
