Automated software built

I want to build software which checks for cancellations for driving tests. The client will come to the website, fill in their specifications (dates they want, time etc), the software will then go into the system via bots, when an appointment comes available... the software will book or reserve the cancellation. I want this implemented into the backend of my website when built. -> User . User visits the website . Registers to the website and enters their license number and details which will be needed for the bot to get into the booking system acting as the client. Also pays the fee to use our service Software books or reserves date and time within the clients specification. --> Software Automation Will get the date . Select the best date and book for the user . Send the Email / text to user . If the user cancels or doesn't want the booking, the software will continue checking the booking system. --> Admin Will make entry for the user. Show the pending status. Show the booked status. In the future, I will also want an Android and IOS app built, too. So please bare this in mind. Also, I will use the candidate picked for any upkeep needed on a long term basis. What I'm looking for in a candidate: Good communication skills A portfolio proving you can code to the standard needed (people have tried to scam me in the past) and most importantly, pricing. I asked for quotes for this project in the past... and quotes from one individual to another are so, so different. So please be competitive. In the 'budget' section, I know the project will cost more than £20 - Just I don't really think the project has a set price so I didn't set one. Thanks, Matt
