Need RSS Ticker on HTML5 Canvas

I have a page located at [login to view URL] that uses [login to view URL] to populate multiple canvas's. What I need is a way to have the Javascript check to see if a Fabric text object contains text such as "##BusinessRSS##" or "##TechnologyRSS" and if so to pull data from a local XML file and display it as a ticker in the same location of the canvas where the text object is. The local XML files are located at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
