PSD to HTML

I need 1 PSD page coded to nice and clean and tableless XHMTL Strict/CSS from the provided PSD and a 2nd PSD that is the exact same as the 1st so you only need to use the text box in the banner versus the image that is in the first for this 2nd one. If you can make them work together with Flash that is plus but not necessary. CSS and XHTML need to be hand-coded, not exported from Imageready or other software. - All text in the design should be displayed as text, not as graphics. - The results must pass W3C validation - 0 errors, 0 warnings. - The design should be cross-browsers compatible - IE 5.x and higher, FireFox Please provide some XHMTL/CSS example of your previous works. If your example does not pass W3C validation, do not even bother placing a bid! My budget is $20 - $30 and I would like this done asap
