food delivery website

I am starting a business with the purpose of delivering food from restaurants that do not typically deliver. All meals are delivered in a timely manner but will vary due to weather conditions, traffic and food preparation time, which needs to be accounted for on the website. I will need a website/app that will allow customers to order food from us. The website needs to have several functions, including: • List of restaurants and menus for customers so they can place orders online • Estimated delivery time based on location and preparation • Price limits on all orders • Ability to edit and add prices, taxes, delivery fees to create total cost for customers placing orders • Will need to be able to add merchant account so credit cards can be accepted • The website/app will need to be able to queue orders so jobs can be assigned to drivers • Customer accounts for returning customers • A help page that will explain our processes as well as how to order In addition, I would like to be able to personally make changes to the site There is a website I found that offers all the same functionality that I would like for my website.
