Custom Dynamic XML Mp3 Player

I need a custom mp3 player that works like the soundcloud mp3 player. We want our mixtape displays to be player ready from the grid with capabilities to download the single tracks or whole mixtape and graphic all at once. We also want to keep track of download count, listen count, comment count, and favorites just like the sound cloud player. We don't have to nail their player perfectly but would like to come close in concept as we upload albums and single tracks to our server and want them playable from our grid display. Also looking for someone who can upgrade [login to view URL] I have some design mock ups and previous upgrade work to get an idea of where we want to go with site. We can pay for custom mp3 up front, but for the site upgrade are looking for a partner who can finance the cost to us at about $100 monthly, as this is what we pay to run our site now.
