Create Custom Magento Store

Hello, we are an established cosmetics store based in Australia and we are looking to expand our store online. We have currently set up a Magento Go store which isn't live. Although we would like to stick with the Go store we are having great difficulty finding a designer. We are now looking at the possibility of moving our store to the Magento Community edition if we cannot do what we want on the Go store. We will require a custom design based on some ideas we have. The main idea is based on a hand drawn caricature we have which we would like the designer to recreate and convert to a new logo for the store that we can use online and for business cards/ banners. Some of the key features we would like to have are: - One page checkout. - Facebook login. - Color swatches based on different attribute sets. - Shop by brands. - Social network integration. We are looking for a professional designer that has done similar work before and has a keen eye for detail. You must have exceptional communication skills so we can discuss any issues and ideas. We would also like someone that can provide us with ideas and advice. Please do not bid if you cannot provide us with samples of any previous jobs your team has done before. If we are happy with the winners work, we will continue working with them on regular future updates and changes we would like done over time.
