Hello, I am looking to connect with a freelancer web designer. Need to have a discussion regarding the follows. I have an existing website to be redesigned and built. I would prefer to keep the same infrastructure. Change the look and feel of the website. So briefly my requirements are given below. 1. Website will collect user information and store in a DB 2. Website will have sub domains to cater to different needs 3. Website should be aesthetically. Not too fancy though 4. Once i give the detailed plan the website designer should have some consulting capability to tell me if we need improvement on our infrastructure optional: Will prefer a freelancer from Bangalore, India so that we can meet up face to face and discuss. However that is not a sole factor. The budget mentioned is only indicative! Please quote and/or contact me with your bid.
