Ebay API for images title and price

Hi, I would be looking for an ebay api. It would require a field for username which would be the equivalent of an ebay username. Then it would drag 4 images,price and title in random order from that usernames inventory. It would also have to obtain the correct url for href command so if someone clicks either the image or title it would go to the correct listing on ebay Can you do this ? I have attached a demo image i did it fast so isn't perfect.
