I can do this, iv already done many web scrapers also i have made a Google link scraper so all i need is to combine them into one application...scrap Google then scrap the scraped links. I can filter personal accounts from org. accounts. I will make the program using VB .Net. You can find some of my completed projects in my portfolio. As for payment, i require u to make a 50% milestone payment at the beginning of the project, and 50% milestone right after i deliver u the operational software demo which should be released when i deliver you the source code.
