Greetings, I have been working with VMware products for over 10 years now, and hold a current VCP 5 certification. I manage the virtual infrastructure at a large health insurance company as my full time job; regular tasks include deployment of new ESX hosts, development of VM templates, performance monitoring and tuning, and developing workflows in vCenter Orchestrator to automate common management tasks such as VM deployment, rebalancing resource pool allocations, updating documentation databases, and managing assigned local administrators of each VM. I also have experience with managing VM backups, and am currently involved in a project to implement Site Recovery Manager for disaster recovery. I have been working for numbers of VMware Health Checking projects, besides canned virtual appliance which I can use for discover standard configuration issues in the environment. My skill in using other tools like powercli and rvtools also help me discovering a better picture of the overall healthiness of an environment. Meanwhile, from the numerous experiences in delivering projects, I am also familiar with the VMware KB and bugs which could affect an environment instead of simply following the maximum guideline from VMware. I bid this thread with 5 days as I think it's not legitimate to do this in short time if the environment has to be scanned thru' entirely.
