I am hiring a long term Personal assistant or business virtual assistant to typical tasks such as performing scheduling appointments, making phone calls, making travel arrangements and do research searching. It may include some lite graphic design, blog writing, social media, and marketing services. I currently need the assistant to e familiar with small Buisness support and product research. Pricing comparing and competitors task research. to work 20 to 30 hours a week. Bilingual English and Spanish. Great communication skills, ASANA register and ready to work. Female preferred, travel arrangement skills and knows how to communicate with other companies and people friendly skills.

A few years ago I worked at a small business which made improve my skills of administration and communication. I was in charge of arranging the schedule, talking to supppliers or an american company, making quotes and invoices, have the control of all the administration part which means checking the contracts and files of the employee. Also I'm a Spanish native speaker and my second language is English which I've studied most of my life, with a TOEFL certification and using this language in my work experience.
