Interactive animations

I have several educative scenarios that need to be prepared as interactive animations. There should be possibility for user choosing links to follow and go back or to START. User is following link to another still animation or video, after video is finished it can be viewed again or go forward based on selected links. It is a kind of interactive animation to learn different educational subjects. At the end of this object there is a small questionare that can be filled by user. 6 videos that need to be included in each scenario will be provided by us. You need to make custum animations and transitions, beckgrounds etc. Similar example (just without videos): [login to view URL] General specs: - fullHD output mp4, - all the text, labels, audio and narration should be in After Effects project file, so we can freely translate by ourselves, - the required files we need from you are: - After Effects project file with separate tracks for mp4, labels, audio - Source files (3dsmax, maya, Premiere, Animate) including all the assets that were used to assemble the mp4 When writing, please state what software you plan/prefer to use.
