Video Audio Editing. See attached document that shows examples of the styles I need.

I need a Video Audio Editor that can create the video editing styles I need. See the video styles I like in the attached document. Send me your best samples of Audio Editing and video editing that has styles Like the samples in the attached document. You must be able to creat all the video editing effects, and audio editing similar to these samples in the attached document. Your video/audio/graphics must be professional. My video will need to have the same editing/audio/graphic styles as used by those I like as shown in the attached document. You must sign my NDA "Non-Disclosure Agreement" before I disclose the design details of exactly what I need made before beginning work on my project. You must sign my IP agreement. All work must be 100% original, if you use graphics from a source you must get it approved from me first. You will send me daily updates for my review. You will provide a way for me to recieve the edited files in a secure way so no one else can access it. I will own the copyright to the video/audio/graphics. I will own all intellectual rights to the video and all native files. I will own the video and native files and you will send me the video files and native files when the project is completed and accepted by me. I will not release the payment until the program is completed, tested, delivered, and accepted by me. I don't communicate on Sundays.
