Simple Website with backend Document Library

Hi, I'm looking for a coder who is able to quickly and professionally develop a website with a document library. The site will have two access points for users - one open to all, and a second that will require users to have a username and password to access (that I must approve). The main function of the site is to host a document library of approximately 500 total documents that is searchable and each document is downloadable. In addition, the site will have a backend with a single page upload form where I can upload documents to the site by selecting from one of 5 different pre-selected categories and whether the document will be available to both the password and non-password areas or just to the password area. I have an existing template for the visual layout, but we will need to code from scratch. No other complex components are necessary, and I'm hoping to have it live by Friday for bug testing over the weekend. Please contact me for more information as well as to see the existing template.
