Unity Developer VR Application (Hybrid)

3D Tech Omega Zeta is a company specialized in creating and developing interactive 3D content and immersive experiences for health, medicine, and science, with a focus on e-learning. We are looking for a profile with the ability to develop a VR application for visualizing 360 videos and slideshow presentations. The application should be connected to a content management platform through its SDK, which will allow it to download and/or update content previously managed by the platform's backend, as long as it is connected to the network. A second application installed on a tablet will be used to control the playback of the desired content simultaneously and synchronized across multiple VR devices. These devices will be previously identified and connected to the same local wifi network. This part will involve conducting R&D to determine the best way to create a local wifi network in which all devices can connect and identify each other. The incorporation of the profile is required by early September, once a detailed definition of the project, user flows, final screens, and designs has been completed, in order to optimize development time and performance. The project should be developed in approximately one month from its inception. Remote work will be possible when the tasks to be carried out are previously specified and defined, and workflows and communication channels have been established. However, it is preferable to have some in-person meetings in Barcelona, especially at the beginning of the project and occasionally during development. We expect a proactive profile that offers solutions and develops a clean, organized, and well-commented codebase to facilitate potential project updates. Tools for task management and a repository for project version control will be provided. The profile should have advanced knowledge of the Unity editor, C# programming, integration of SDKs and assets, version control, and previous experience working on similar VR projects.
