Project Description: Freelance Soft Skills Trainer For Bangalore North & South- Women's Only- Languages: Kannada/Hindi We are looking for a freelance trainer who specializes in delivering soft skills training in an in-person format. The ideal candidate should have experience and expertise in conducting training sessions on various soft skills topics. This is a training for women to become professional nannies. Therefore, we are looking for mothers as they would be more comfortable with the subject. The training module is designed by us and we are looking for a trainer to present the same. Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, with a strong understanding of the principles and methodologies of soft skills training. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants. - In-depth knowledge of various soft skills topics, such as communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving. - Ability to tailor training sessions to meet the specific needs and objectives of the participants. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse groups of individuals. - Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques. - Flexibility and adaptability to adjust training methods and materials based on participant feedback and requirements. Training Delivery Method: - The training sessions should be conducted in-person, providing a face-to-face experience for the participants. - The trainer should be able to create an interactive and engaging learning environment, using a variety of teaching techniques and activities. -Looking for Women Trainers only for North & South Bangalore. -HSR Layout & Surrounding areas: Malleshwaram & Surrounding areas.
