Small part precise 3D scanning service

Seeking a freelancer that owns or have access to a 3d scanner. The object to scan is quite small: 10 x 6 cm and 2 cm thick. It is a toy wall with textured stones. I need the file in STL format, but a plus will be getting it in IGIS format. The model is a full wall and I need it scanned and if capable I will need it sectioned to make two empty sections. Sort of like a cell phone cover. This product will be manufactured in plastic. This is just first sample wall there are several other sections that will be done in the near future. This project is just to find the person capable of providing such service. The quote must be for scanning and converting the scan to an IGIS file of one wall section in the picture (size is 10cm x 6cm and 2 cm thick approx) Bidders must answer the following questions to be considered for the bid. Yes we can do it or we have done lots of these jobs is not enough. Questions to answer: 1) Do you write and understand English? At what level? 2) Type of scanner you will use? 3) Do you own or use someone else scanner? 4) What software will you use to convert the scan to IGIS file? 5) Do you have the full version or just the trial version of the software in point 4? 6) DO you have experience with injection molding? 7) Are you capable of working on the obtained scanned object to make a 2 part empty wall? 8) A rouge price for such project? 9) An estimated time frame? 10) Will you be capable of doing 20/30 or 100 more of these models if hired? The project we are working at is quite big.
