Technical Recruiter

We're testing a beta version platform for hiring technical professionals in US with our colleague recruiters who have remote work experience. Briefly about the work process: 1. The recruiter takes a small test (about 10 minutes) 2. Our system selects the relevant vacancies. 3. If the recruiter confirms the job for this vacancy, it is not given to the other participants 4. The recruiter chooses a preferred work format (only search and provision of candidates to the client; full support of the client, including interviews, feedback, etc.). 5. Search and closing of a vacancy 6. Payment within 14 days upon hire. We also undertake the risk of payment delay or fraud from the side of the client. For over 7 months now, our algorithm has been training to select the most suitable vacancies for each recruiter individually. That is, our partner-recruiter receives requests from clients taking into account their particular strengths (vacancies with which the recruiter has successful experience, search region, etc.). Everyone benefits from this approach: companies fill their vacancies faster and recruiters select the right candidates and do their regular work easier. Now we work with the American companies and recruiters who have experience in selecting candidates in the U.S. (thus, the recruiter may be in another country). This allows us to focus on local market participants. Today there are 312 vacancies. Thus, we have access to the largest database of technical vacancies in the U.S. which is used by the companies to address external recruiters.
