cron database backup

Need some help getting some data loaded; I have a database that need to load data via two sql that load the initial data from backups. Would like a cron job that will run and load data; need a script that will also load this into the crontab, this will run and need to be loaded at build time of the server? The Cron Job A backup that will run hourly and backup to push to git. The job should have a first step that IF the database is empty, it will restore that will run IF there is no data and the database will empty, I have a script “[login to view URL]” that will load the initial data from the sql files created from previous backups that are already there as they came from the git build. This is expected to be delivered in two hours from being awarded, this due in two hours, and not tomorrow or next week. ===================================== Please only BID if you know how to do this and are certain you can do this?
