Business email going into peoples spam boxes!

I'm not sure I have marked this in the correct place but we need help with sorting out our business emails. Since we had a new website built our emails (with the same domain) are starting to g into customers spam boxes which is a big deal as we can't update anyone about their orders or be confident that our emails are getting through to new business contacts. I have already put the emails through a spam locator and requested our domain / emails be removed from the few who had us listed as spam. But it appears to have made no difference! Help would be great as we need this sorting asap! Thanks Krisi

Hi Krisi, what probably happened is the domain is using the new hosting mailer which was probably marked as spam before your website was moved there. You need a service such as sendgrid to prevent this from happening. Josh

That happened after we changed our domain. If I understand your problem correctly, your emails are landing in the spam boxes of your customers and you want to avoid this. I hope I can help you by taking the same measures we did in our department. If not, you do not have to pay me. I know that this is a very big problem because we had the same problems with our customers who were angry because of not getting informed whether their order is in process or not. Hi Krisi, I think i can help. I have recent experience of working with HTML emails sent from one particular domain. If possible I'd like to see your web site address, an example of an email you've recently sent and an example of an email you've sent in the past and had no issues with.
